Two-way player Josh Hall was let loose of his stay in Orlando Wednesday, as first reported by Joe Mussatto of The Oklahoman.
With this announcement, Hall reunites with former assignee Ty Jerome and the rest of the Thunder organization.
Josh Hall was a medical enigma throughout his stay in Orlando being sidelined the majority of the season with little known explanation. Hall’s lone appearance with the Blue came 10 days ago against Rio Grande, where the 20-year-old tallied 2 points (1-of 5 FG), 1 rebound, 2 fouls, and 3 turnovers across 15 minutes of play.
Hall’s unavailability in the lineups really makes it hard to gauge his improvements in the Orlando bubble — because he seldom had the chance.
Josh Hall has averaged 1.7 points and 1.3 rebounds while playing on the main roster. In the former-five star’s return, it will be interesting to see how he shapes up in Mark Daigneault’s constantly changing rotation.
